Handwriting signature

i'm making a program and i want to add a (handwriting) signature.

All the information is placed in a database, i want to give an overview off the information on the screen and on the bottom i want to sign this document.

Have anyone experience about that? Either i have no idea which method is best to program to give the info on the screen, thought a richtextbox with the info with on the bottom something for the signature.
