Traditional Timer VS Class Timer

What's your choice? What's the best ?
I never even tryed the Class timer... Is it better ? ive heard only good comment about it
Does it use less ... erm..... *thanks to my poor english -_-* Cpu speed ?

Is it possible to use LOOP as timer ? someone already used that ? xD ( im a bit curious haha)
