WebBrowser control - image cut off for some users only

Hello there

I have inherited a legacy application from an outgoing developer, that was built on VB6. 2.5 weeks back there was a production upgrade (by another developer) on a set of forms unrelated to the form I actually have an issue with in production now. Some users started reporting problems with viewing a timesheet image on a form. This image is referenced within a Web Browser control that is embebedded within a frame control. Note that no changes were made to this part of the application with the production upgrade.

The users say that the image gets cut off on the right hand side. Note that the users all access this application through a citrix environment.
When I try to reproduce this error via my citrix session, I have no such problem, I can view the entire image when it loads. I checked the same on another user who is not part of the complaining group, and this user can view the entire image too.

All users, including the ones facing the problem have IE 8. I have checked thier registry settings (ClassesRoot-TypeLib---1.1-win32) and they have ieframe.dll listed there. On one of the users desktop, I deleted temp internet files and reset security settings to default (saw these solutions on other posts), but they still can't see the full image!

Additional information - when I was first alerted to the issue (2 weeks back), I went to the dev box and open the code. At that time, I noticed that there was no web browser control on the form, so I changed the project reference\component and got back the web browser control. I checked with the original developer and he had no such problem when he was compiling the application to get it ready for production a month back.

What else could I be looking for? I am really stumped here!
