Progress bar not updating

Hi,

I am using DigiRev's Ultimate Winsock Downloader (HTTP, FTP, Files > 4GB) to download files and the code works. However, if I try to use the code in my own project (the exact same code and controls) when I download a file the progress bar does not update.

I have added a smaller version of both my project and DigiRev's projects so you can see what I am talking about and help me figure out why this is happening.
