For reasons best left unsaid, I have not written any code since 2005. Rusty is an understatement.
I'm using vb6 and I do not have the Help files (Library?). Anyway lot of searching online.
I used to (in 2005) have some code that enabled me to read/write random files while displaying the individual records on
a custom form. I had a set of command buttons like FIRST NEXT PREVIOUS LAST. For the life of me I cannot
remember how I did this. I would appreciate any ideas on how to recreate this type of file access.
