I am wondering how to create a countdown timer without a timer control? Reason why I ask is because I am doing a trivia game that involves a segment where as many questions are asked in 60 seconds. I had issues with the timer control pausing whenever someone buzzes in with animated lights, and after the click hits zero, the questions are still being asked, and the game apparently freezes.
How can I allow for a Timer Control-less timer that can continue running without pausing and can continue running while a player buzzes in with animated lights?
