how to fix "cant add the reference to the specified file"

hello guyzz...
i am new on this forum
i need help...
i have made my project...in vb6.. and i have to add 1 myfile.dll (asdecr.dll)as reference
this dll is made in VC++ 2010...
when i am adding this dll as reference in my project...

please help me
