Show Text in ComboBox When Set as Dropdown List?

Hi,

Is there a way I can set a ComboBox as a Dropdown List but still have the text property available?

For example, I have a ComboBox that I want to restrict so users can only choose what is in the list, but I want it to display "Choose one..." before they make a selection, and I don't want to have "Choose one..." in the list.
